Alle Bauwerke sind alphabetisch nach Namen sortiert. Allerdings werden bei der Indizierung Wörter, die oft vorkommen (z.B. Brücke, Tunnel, Stadium, etc. und das in allen Sprachen) am Anfang des Namens ignoriert. Daher wird zum Beispiel "Brücke über den Rhein" nicht unter "B" sondern unter "R" für "Rhein, Brücke über den" aufgelistet. Teile von Namen, die sonst meist abgekürzt werden, werden grundsätzlich in jeder Sprache voll ausgeschrieben, wie z.B. "St" für "Sankt" oder "Saint".
